Maple caramel corn

  • ¼ cup popcorn
  • ½ cup light brown sugar
  • 2 T butter
  • 2 T maple syrup

1. Pop ¼ cup popcorn.

2. Slowly melt ½ cup light brown sugar with 2 T butter and 2 T maple syrup over a low heat until all the sugar has dissolved and formed a thick caramel.

3. Pour the caramel over the popcorn and toss until coated.
