Fan of umami? Then you'll love marmite popcorn! It's super-easy to make and will be a hit at your next movie night.


  • 1 T canola oil
  • 40 g popcorn
  • 1 T Marmite, slightly heated in the microwave
  • 30 g Parmesan, grated (if you like, use pre-grated hard cheese)

Cooking Instructions

1 Heat the canola oil in a large saucepan, add the popcorn and cover with a lid. Once popped, toss the popcorn with the Marmite to coat evenly. Sprinkle with the cheese and serve immediately.
