  • 400 g feta, cubed
  • ½ sweet melon, cubed
  • ¼ watermelon, cubed
  • 50 g watercress
  • For the dressing, whisk
  • 65 ml olive oil
  • 2 lemons, juiced
  • 1 t sugar
  • sea salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste

Cooking Instructions

Arrange the watermelon, sweet melon, feta and watercress on a plate and drizzle with dressing. 

Cook's tip: use Woolworths Slimmer's Choice Greek style feta for a low-fat option.
