- 150 g Gorgonzola
- 200 g Taleggio cheese or Brie
- 4 fresh thyme sprigs
- 4 T honey
- 50 g almonds, lightly toasted and roughly chopped
- 1 baguette, sliced
Preheat the oven to 180°C.
Place the cheeses and thyme in an ovenproof dish and bake for 10 minutes, or until melted and bubbly.
Drizzle with honey and scatter over the almonds. Serve with the baguette.
