These creamy milk chocolate pots are an easy make-ahead dessert with plenty of texture. The smooth chocolate base is topped with crunchy chocolate soil, freeze-dried strawberries and fresh mint for a simple finish that feels special enough for Valentine’s Day or entertaining. Make them the day before, then add the toppings just before serving.
