Ingredients

Method
  • 150 g pizza dough, using Woolies pizza base mix
  • 50 g creamy cheese sauce
  • 3-4 mortadella slices
  • 1 T extra virgin olive oil
  • pecorino cheese, to coat
  • 2 T pistachios, roughly chopped
  • basil, to garnish

Method

Ingredients

1. Shape the dough into a pizza base, not too big that it doesn’t fit in your air fryer.

2. Add the pizza base to an air fryer liner or add the base directly to the air fryer and spread over the cheese sauce.

3. Place in the air fryer for 5 minutes at 200C and bae until the sides begin to brown. Remove from the air fryer and add the mortadella, before returning to the air fryer to cook for another 5 minutes, or until  the dough is completely cooked through.

3. Brush the crust with some olive oil before grating pecorino along the crust, finishing with a generous crack of black pepper and basil.
