- 100 g frozen blueberries
- 3 T brown sugar
- 1⁄2 cup good-quality golden rum
- 1⁄4 cup Woolworths apple balsamic condiment
Heat the blueberries and sugar in a saucepan over a medium heat until the sugar has melted and the blueberries have burst. Set aside.
In a separate saucepan, heat the rum and apple balsamic condiment until just simmering.
Divide the blueberries between 2 glasses, then pour over the rum-and balsamic- condiment mixture. Serve immediately.
