- 230 g Woolworths Tenderstem broccoli
- 2 cloves garlic
- crispy onion sprinkles or crispy garlic, for sprinkling
- a pinch Maldon salt
- a squeeze lemon juice
- 1 T crème fraîche or Woolworths vegan mayonnaise
1. Blanch the broccoli, then drain. Top with crispy garlic or onion sprinkles, Maldon salt and a squeeze of lemon juice. To make your own crispy garlic by frying thin slices of garlic in canola oil until golden brown.
2. Add a scoop of creme fraiche or vegan mayonnaise for creaminess.
