- 1 x 400 g puff pastry
- 150 g Woolworths vinaigrette-cooked beetroot
- 100 g chevin
- Fresh thyme
- olive oil
Cut 1 x 400 g sheet thawed puff pastry into 3 rectangles, then brush with milk. Bake at 200 degrees for 20 minutes.
Top with 150 g Woolworths vinaigrette-cooked beetroot, 100 g chevin, fresh thyme and drizzle with olive oil.
Return to the oven for 5 minutes, then serve immediately.
