  • 150 g radishes, quartered
  • 2 oranges, peeled and sliced
  • 1 red onion, sliced
  • 50 g coriander leaves
  • olive oil

Cooking Instructions

Toss 150 g quartered radishes, 2 peeled and sliced oranges, 1 sliced red onion and 50 g coriander leaves. Drizzle with olive oil and season to taste.

Cook's note: Serve as a side with curry or roast chicken.
