- 1 T gelatine powder
- 2 cups hot, strong organic coffee
- 100 g brown sugar
- organic cream for serving
Stir the gelatine into the hot coffee until dissolved.
Stir in the sugar, then strain into a jug.
Pour into 6 to 8 espresso cups and chill until set.
Serve with cream.
