Overnight-soaked chia seeds with dried fruit and macadamia butter

Ingredients

Method
  • ⅓ cup organic chia seeds
  • 1 x 400 ml light coconut milk can
  • 6 t Woolworths macadamia nut butter
  • Runny honey, for drizzling
  • 1 x 25 g dried apples
  • 1 x 25 g Woolworths dried pineapple tub

Soak the chia seeds overnight in the coconut milk.

Spoon into bowls and add 1 t macadamia nut butter to each bowl.

Drizzle with honey and top with dried apples and pineapple.
