- 200 g Tennis biscuits
- 360 g Caramel Treat
- 2 x 2 L Woolworths Mint Flavoured Dairy Ice Cream
- 2 x 150 g slabs Peppermint Crisp chocolate
- 200 ml Woolworths Caramel Crunch Sauce, to serve (optional)
1. In preparation, allow the ice cream to soften so you can spread it over the biscuits.
2. Place a layer of tennis biscuits in a 20cm x 20cm tray lined with baking paper.
3. Top with a layer of Caramel Treat, followed by a thick layer of Woolworths Mint Flavoured Dairy Ice Cream.
3. Top with another layer of biscuits and freeze overnight.
4. Cut into squares just before serving and dip into crushed Peppermint Crisp chocolate.
5. If you want to go full-out, drizzle with Woolworths Caramel Crunch Sauce.
