- 2 fresh red chillies
- 50 g softened butter
- 1-2 t paprika
- 2 free-range beef steaks
- 2 free-range eggs
Preheat the oven to 180°C. Blend fresh red chillies with 50 g softened butter, then fold in paprika. Place in a pan over a medium to high heat with finely chopped onion and a dash of Zesty White wine.
Simmer for 10 minutes.
Rub beef steaks with olive oil, then fry over a high heat for 2–3 minutes a side.
Finish in the oven if required. Serve topped with a soft fried free-range egg and peri-peri sauce.
