- 4 Woolworths frozen Indian plain rotis
- 2 x 500 g Woolworths pickledfish tubs (hake or yellowtail)
- 15 g coriander
- Microgreens, to garnish
- For the apple-and-cucumber raita, mix:
- 1 Mediterranean cucumber, thinly sliced
- 2 Granny Smith apples, chopped
- 1 lemon, juiced
- 1 cup Greek yoghurt

Prepare the rotis according to package instructions, then place on serving dishes.
Top with the pickled fish, apple-and-cucumber raita and beetroot raita.
Garnish with coriander and microgreens.
