- 160 g x 2 Woolworths stone-baked thin and crispy pizza bases
- 100 g Gouda
- 100 g Cheddar
- olive oil, for brushing
1.Fold the pizza bases in half.
2. Slice the cheese and stuff inside the pizza, then brush the outside of the pizza with olive oil.
3. Braai in a hinged braai grid until the cheese is melted and oozing. Serve hot with your favourite sauces or fillings, such as Woolworths mango or jalapeño atchar, pink pickled onions, or canned tomato-and- onion braai gravy or chutney.
