  • 1 litre cranberry juice
  • 4 limes, quartered
  • ½ cup Campari
  • Crushed ice, for serving
  • Fresh mint, for serving

Cooking Instructions

Add the pomegranate rubies, cranberry juice, lime quarters and Campari to a large pitcher and serve with loads of crushed ice and sprigs of fresh mint.
