  • 70 g prosciutto or Serrano ham, thinly sliced
  • shavings or thin slices of watermelon
  • milled rainbow peppercorns, for seasoning
  • rocket, for garnishing

Cooking Instructions

Arrange the ham on a platter or on two plates.

Top with shavings of watermelon and garnish with sprigs of rocket.

As an alternative, arrange a stack of ham and thin slices of watermelon. Season with milled rainbow peppercorns.

Cook’s tip
Use a vegetable peeler to shave thin ribbons of fruit.
