  • 2 T soya sauce
  • 2 T rice wine vinegar
  • 2 t fish sauce
  • 1 T treacle sugar
  • 1 red chilli, seeded and chopped
  • 1 x 2 cm piece of ginger, grated
  • 2 garlic cloves, finely chopped
  • 2 T roughly chopped coriander
  • 1/4 of a red cabbage, finely shredded

Cooking Instructions

Combine the soya, rice vinegar, fish sauce and treacle sugar.

Mix well, add the red chillie, ginger, garlic and chopped coriander.

Add the finely shredded red cabbage and mix well.
