- 6 slicing tomatoes
- Olive oil
- 2 cloves crushed garlic
- Macaroni cheese
- Smoked bacon
Preheat the oven to 180°C. Cut slicing tomatoes into wedges and arrange on a baking tray.
Drizzle with olive oil and a splash of balsamic vinegar, scatter over cloves crushed garlic and sprigs of oregano and roast for 20 minutes or until caramelised.
Dot onto homemade macaroni cheese made with rashers of crisp beech-smoked smoked bacon and Gruyere. Bake until bubbling and serve.
