“Growing up, Coke floats used to be my favourite treat. Fast-forward 30 years and now I like this play on childhood nostalgia with my new favourite drink: bubbles!”- Hannah Lewry

Ingredients

  • 16 g Woolworths freezedried strawberries (or use crystallised rose petals)
  • Woolworths berry sorbet, for serving
  • rose-water a few drops
  • Woolworths WCC rosé Cap Classique, for serving

Cooking Instructions

1. Blend the freezedried strawberries or crystallised rose petals in a Nutribullet or blender to make a fine powder to rim the cocktail glasses.

2. Just before serving, add a scoop of sorbet to each glass, a drop or two of rose-water and top up with the Cap Classique.
