- 100 g Woolworths smoked Stanford cheese
- 2 Woolworths gluten-free pizza bases
- 6 baby potatoes
- garlic cloves, sliced
- Vine tomatoes
- Basil pesto
Grate 100 g Woolworths smoked Stanford cheese over 2 x Woolworths gluten-free pizza bases, then top with 6 sliced panfried baby potatoes, 2 cloves sliced garlic, vine tomatoes, basil pesto and season to taste.
Bake for 10 minutes at 200°C.
