Seared broccoli with chilli

  • 100 g blanched Tenderstem broccoli
  • 1-2 T olive oil
  • Juice of 1 lemon
  • Plain yoghurt
  • Dried chilli
  • Toasted ground cumin to taste

Cooking Instructions

Toss blanched Tenderstem broccoli in  olive oil.

Grill in a griddle pan over a high heat for a few minutes, then squeeze over the juice of 1 lemon.

Dollop over fresh plain yoghurt with dried chilli and toasted ground cumin to taste.

Serve hot.
