- 100 g blanched Tenderstem broccoli
- 1-2 T olive oil
- Juice of 1 lemon
- Plain yoghurt
- Dried chilli
- Toasted ground cumin to taste
Toss blanched Tenderstem broccoli in olive oil.
Grill in a griddle pan over a high heat for a few minutes, then squeeze over the juice of 1 lemon.
Dollop over fresh plain yoghurt with dried chilli and toasted ground cumin to taste.
