Ingredients

  • Tuna fillets
  • Chopped coriander
  • Chilli
  • Ginger
  • Olive oil
  • Fresh lime juice
  • Vermicelli rice noodles

Cooking Instructions

Rub tuna fillets with chopped coriander, chilli and ginger and drizzle with olive oil. Sear quickly on both sides and serve with a squeeze of fresh lime juice on a bed of vermicelli rice noodles.
