  • 1 red shallot or red onion, finely chopped
  • 1⁄4 cup sherry vinegar
  • A handful basil, chopped
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 3 T extra virgin olive oil

Cooking Instructions

Mix all the ingredients and drizzle over the salad.
