  • 1 kg Slow Cooked Pork Cheek Casserole
  • 500 g Woolworths Frozen Mashed Potato
  • 100 g Woolworths 10 Month Matured Gouda, grated
  • 100 g Oak Smoked Stanford, grated
  • 235 g Tenderstem® Broccoli with Lemon & Black Pepper Butter

Method

Ingredients

1. Heat pork cheek casserole according to package instructions.

2. Prepare mash according to package instructions. Stir through gouda and form into shapes with two spoons, sprinkle over Smoked Stanford and air fryer until golden and crisp.

3. Cook broccoli according to package instructions.

4. Serve pork casserole with two-cheese baked mashed potato and Tenderstem® broccoli.
