Smoked cheese-and-bacon pork grillers are layered with cheese (because we can never get enough!) in hot dog rolls, then grilled upside down for a snack the whole family will love.
Ingredients
Method
- 4 Woolworths ultimate hot dog rolls
- 400 g Woolworths 4-month matured Cheddar, grated
- 350 g Woolworths smoked cheese-and-bacon pork grillers
- 1 T olive oil
Method
Ingredients
- Slice the hot dog rolls open but do not slice all the way through. Add some Cheddar and top with 2–3 pork grillers and more cheese.
- Heat the olive oil in a nonstick pan until very hot. Place the hot dogs in the pan cheese side down and grill until the cheese is melted and slightly crisp on the edges. Turn and toast the bottom of the rolls for 2–3 minutes. Serve immediately.
