  • Woolworths Chenin Blanc Barrel Reserve 2003 (Ken Forrester Wines)


  • 400 g ready-to-eat Oriental noodles
  • 2 smoked chicken fillets, shredded
  • 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons sesame oil
  • Squeeze of lime juice
  • 2 cups ready shredded cabbage and carrot for coleslaw
  • Shreds of cucumber and spring onion for garnishing

Cooking Instructions

Mix noodles with chicken, rice vinegar, oil and lime juice. Turn onto cabbage and carrot. Check seasoning. Top with cucumber and spring onion.
