Soft goats cheese with coconut and cherries

  • 200 g block of good-quality soft goat’s cheese
  • 25 g coconut
  • Honey
  • Sweet cherries
  • Melba toasts
  • Sweet crackers

Place a block of good-quality soft goat’s cheese on a platter. Pat coconut shavings onto the cheese and drizzle liberally with runny honey.
Serve with plump sweet cherries and Melba toasts or sweet crackers as a delicious cheese course with breakfast or as an after-dinner treat.
