  • 1 cucumber, finely sliced into small batons
  • 4 T rice wine vinegar
  • 2 T soya sauce
  • 1 x 10 cm piece ginger, peeled and grated

Cooking Instructions

Mix all the ingredients and allow to stand for 30 minutes.
