Spiced yoghurt with fresh and dried fruit confetti

  • 2 large tubs Greek-style yoghurt
  • Ground cardamom
  • Ground cinnamon
  • Ground nutmeg
  • Fresh and dried fruit salsa
  • Honey for drizzling

Spoon thick Greek yoghurt into wide soup bowls. Dust with powdered cardamom, cinnamon and nutmeg.
Top with a confetti of chopped fresh and dried fruit. Drizzle with honey. Add fresh mint leaves.
To make the confetti: Mix together chopped fresh and dry fruits to make about 1 1/2 cups.
Suggestions: use a mixture of fresh and dried pear, fresh and dried apple, fresh and dried pineapple, fresh and dried dates, fresh and dried figs and soft dried apricots.
