Sticky orange pancakes

Ingredients

4 T sugar
1 T brandy (optional)
4 oranges, juiced and zested
1 t vanilla extract
8 Woolworths ready-made pancakes
Icing sugar, for dusting
Orange slices, for serving

Cooking Instructions

Mix the juice and zest of 4 oranges with 4 T sugar, 1 T brandy (optional) and 1 t vanilla extract.
Simmer for 5 minutes.
Place 8 Woolworths ready-made pancakes into the hot sauce to warm.
Dust with icing sugar and serve warm with sliced orange.
