- 100 ml water
- 100 g dark chocolate
- 1 T caster sugar
- Halved ripe strawberries
- Vanilla bean ice cream (optional)
Place the water in a small saucepan with the dark chocolate and caster sugar.
Stir until melted and thick. Add more water if you prefer a thinner sauce.
Serve immediately with halved ripe strawberries or vanilla bean ice cream.
