  • 2 red apples, thinly sliced
  • 200 g frozen summer berries
  • 1 t Cook’s Essentials rose-water
  • 1 bottle brut sparkling wine

Cooking Instructions

To a pitcher, add the sliced apple, frozen berries and rose-water, and place in a large vase or glass bowl containing ice.
When ready to serve, top up with brut sparkling wine.

Cook’s tip: Make this cocktail extra special by substituting sparkling wine for the real thing.
