- 2 red apples, thinly sliced
- 200 g frozen summer berries
- 1 t Cook’s Essentials rose-water
- 1 bottle brut sparkling wine
To a pitcher, add the sliced apple, frozen berries and rose-water, and place in a large vase or glass bowl containing ice.
When ready to serve, top up with brut sparkling wine.
