- 1 x 200 g Woolworths wood-smoked streaky bacon pack, chopped
- 2 T maple syrup
- 1 T butter
- 1 kg Woolworths sweet potato mash, cooked
1. Fry the bacon in its own fat until just crispy.
2. Drain off any excess fat and add the maple syrup and butter to the hot pan to coat the bacon and become slightly sticky. Serve over the sweet potato mash.
