Sorry to say goodbye to summer? Allow us to recommend the autumn Pimm’s tumbler. With a nod to sunny days and just a whisper of winter, this drink has all the seasonal feels.

Ingredients

  • 30 ml Pimm’s No. 1
  • a splash of brandy
  • good-quality ginger ale, to serve

Cooking Instructions

1. In a highball glass, combine Pimm’s No. 1 with a splash of brandy and top with good-quality ginger ale.

2. Serve with ice, thinly sliced apple and a sprig of fresh thyme, rosemary or mint.

Cook's note: If you like, stir in a lick of maple syrup to bring all those lovely autumn vibes home.
