The basil smash is a perfect cocktail for spring, brimming with fresh green flavours.


  • 4 T gin
  • 1 T fresh lime juice
  • 2–3 t basil-infused simple syrup

Cooking Instructions

1. In a shaker, combine gin with fresh lime juice and basil-infused simple syrup. Shake over ice, pour into a chilled glass and garnish with fresh basil (or sliced cucumber) – and salute the season.
