There’s nothing like a good batched cocktail to get the party started (and to buy the host time for damage control). This Belmont Jewel is perfect cocktail to batch.


  • 350 ml bourbon
  • 480 ml good-quality lemonade
  • 20 ml pomegranate juice
  • ice for serving
  • lemon slices for serving

Cooking Instructions

1. Combine bourbon, good-quality lemonade, pomegranate juice and ice, and garnish with lemon slices.

2. Serves 8 in tumblers.
