- ½ cup maple syrup
- 4 small bananas, mashed
- 100 g cocoa powder
- 2 cups nut butter (we used smooth peanut butter)
- For the topping, combine:
- 70 g milk chocolate, melted
- 2 T butter, melted
- 1 x 385 g can condensed milk
1. Preheat the oven to 180°C and grease a 20 x 20 cm ovenproof dish.
2. Combine all the brownie ingredients in a large bowl, then transfer to the dish. Bake for 30 minutes – the mixture should still be quite gooey.
3. Once the brownie has cooled, spread over the topping.
