Tin Pear and Ginger Drop Cookies

Ingredients
- 7 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 1 teaspoon Allspice
- 1 large egg
- 1 cup self rising flour
- 1/4 cup white sugar
- 410 grams tin pears, drained, chopped
- 30 grams PADKOS dried ginger, chopped
- 1 teaspoon vanilla essence
Cooking Instructions
Preheat oven to 170 oC. Spray baking sheet. Mix all together, drop teaspoon-full mixture onto sheet (not too close, they do spread) and bake for 12 minutes.
