  • 1x 297g carton Woolworths firm tofu, cubed
  • 6 radishes, thinly sliced
  • 4 spring onions, thinly sliced
  • For the dressing, mix:
  • 1 t wasabi paste
  • 1/2 onion, minced or grated
  • 4 T soya or ponzu sauce

Cooking Instructions

Place the tofu and radish in a bowl. Pour over the dressing and scatter over the spring onions.
