Ingredients

  • 260 g Woolworths Crunchy Asian Style Slaw Salad
  • 145 g Woolworths Crystal Roll Kit
  • 170 g Woolworths Light Meat Shredded Tuna in Brine,  drained
  • Sugar snaps or mange tout, sliced to serve
  • 1 ripe avocado sliced,  to serve
  • Fresh herbs like mint to serve

Cooking Instructions

1. Cook the noodles from the Woolworths Crystal Rolls Kit and soften the rice paper sheets in a bowl of cold water for 2 minutes. Drain excess water from the sheets, working with one at a time.

2. Place fresh herbs, avo, tuna and Woolworths Asian Slaw Salad or sugar snaps in the middle of a rice paper sheet, and top with some noodles before folding the edges securely to make a roll.

3 Serve with the dipping sauce from the crystal roll kit or the Asian slaw dressing for dunking. Enjoy immediately.
