- 1 T dried wasabi powder
- 1 T salt
- 1 t white pepper
- 1⁄2 t ground ginger
- 1⁄2 t onion powder

Mix all the ingredients and store in a Ziploc bag. Serve with yakitori.
Cook's note: Wasabi adds heat to this salt-and-pepper mix – a delicious dipping salt for beef or salmon yakitori.
