- 400 g watermelon
- 4 ripe plums, cut into wedges
- 8 granadillas, halved
- 1 litre soda water, chilled
Blend the watermelon flesh until smooth, adding a little water if necessary. Pour into a large jug or pitcher.
Add the plums and granadilla pulp and top up with soda water.
Cook’s note: Use strawberry or grapefruit juice as an alternative to watermelon and sparkling wine instead of soda water.
