- 100 g good-quality white chocolate
- 1 Woolworths white chocolate snow bomb
Bring a saucepan of water to a gentle simmer. Roughly chop the chocolate and place it in a metal or glass bowl over the simmering water, taking care not to allow the bowl to touch the water.
Once the chocolate has melted, spoon it into a piping bag. Snip off the end of the bag and pipe stars onto a silicone baking mat or baking paper.
Allow the chocolate stars to set, then place on top of the white chocolate snow bomb and serve.
