- White chocolate wafer biscuits
- Vanillabean ice cream
- 100 g raspberries
- 1 T icing sugar
Crush white chocolate wafer biscuits into the base of four tall glasses and top with a scoop of vanillabean ice cream.
Crush 100 g raspberries with the back of a fork, then mix with icing sugar and spoon over the ice cream, adding another scoop of ice cream and more raspberries to finish.
