Ingredients

  • 1 x 400 g drained chickpeas can
  • 1 T peanut butter
  • 1 cup olive oil
  • 1 garlic clove
  • ½ lemon, juiced
  • salt and pepper
  • Woolworths vegetable chips

Cooking Instructions

Blend 1 x 400 g can drained chickpeas, 1 T peanut butter, ¼ cup olive oil, 1 clove garlic, the juice of ½ lemon and salt and pepper until smooth.

Drizzle with olive oil and serve with Woolworths vegetable chips.
