Here, Bashiera shows how it’s done: gather your ingredients for a rooibos-flavoured milk tart (some mise en place goes a long way towards settling a busy brain), line up your favourite beauty products, and get ready for some delicious me-time.

Follow the simple steps for baking your indulgent milk tart, infused with rooibos and ClemenGold (scroll down for the recipe), pop it into the oven, and take the opportunity to indulge in a soothing beauty ritual while it bakes.
