Coconut cereal snowballs

Ingredients
Method- 75 g cornflakes
- 200 g desiccated coconut
- 125 g butter, softened
- 120 g icing sugar
- ½ cup milk
- 6 T cocoa
Method
Ingredients1. Crush the cornflakes using a Nutribullet or food processor. Pour into a bowl with the remaining ingredients, reserving 50 g coconut.
2. Mix well, using your hands to combine. Roll the mixture into balls about 12 cm in diameter. Roll in the remaining coconut. Chill, covered, until ready to serve.
