Coconut cereal snowballs

Ingredients

Method
  • 75 g cornflakes
  • 200 g desiccated coconut
  • 125 g butter, softened
  • 120 g icing sugar
  • ½ cup milk
  • 6 T cocoa

1. Crush the cornflakes using a Nutribullet or food processor. Pour into a bowl with the remaining ingredients, reserving 50 g coconut.

2. Mix well, using your hands to combine. Roll the mixture into balls about 12 cm in diameter. Roll in the remaining coconut. Chill, covered, until ready to serve.
